How to get around
Providentially, there are no cars here except for pick-up vans. Most people opt to use a motorbike to get around, which only costs IDR 70-80k a day. We drive on the left side of the road and there is only one main road going around the island.
In like manner, there are other ways to move around. This includes electric golf cars that can take you and 5 other people on its comfortable structure. The driving is rather easy but you can also get a driver that will gladly offer you some head off about the local believes ad traditions. They usually cost around IDR 600,000 a day. Alternatively, you could also rent a regular bicycle. As mentioned before it is a small island and you will get the chance to get some proper exercise as well.
HOW TO GET TO NUSA LEMBONGAN

Like none other Bali island, Nusa Lembongan is located only a 30-minutes boat ride from Sanur Harbor in Bali. Many fast boat ferry companies are assuring the itinerary Sanur-Lembongan-Sanur. Tens of fast boats leave daily, making it an easy journey.

STAYING IN PARADISE
All the accommodation we arrange is just a short walk from our IDC Center and right next to the main beach in Nusa Lembongan. While all rooms are air-conditioned with a private bathroom, they are situated within beautiful gardens, overviewing the swimming pool. Additionally, each room has WiFi so you can always stay connected. Not to mention that breakfast, drinks, and laundry are all available upon request. If you can get a weekly rate, we recommend a monthly rent as it gets much cheaper. You can expect to pay in between IDR 2,500,000 to 3,500,000 a month.
Budget Accommodation
Our budget accommodation is all set up with air conditioning and a private bathroom. Also, there is a WiFi set up for each room and you may also request breakfast, drinks, and laundry if needed. You can easily walk to the dive center from this location.
Dormitories Accommodation
Next, we have dormitories available at an even cheaper cost. They are only a 4-minute walk to the beach. Some may be air-conditioned, though they are mainly fan facilities. Expect free WiFi and breakfast on request.
SEASONS & FORECAST
Our weather patterns are identical to Bali. We have a wet and dry season. The wet season is between January and April. Dry season lies between May and December.
Luckily, the weather does not affect how frequently we see our large marine life. Manta Rays can be seen all year-round at Manta Point and Manta Bay. Yet, Mola can be spotted from mid-June to mid-October.
VISA ASSISTANCE
Most countries do not need a special visa application to enter Indonesia. However, that is for a period of just 30 days. You may need to apply for a 60-day visa depending on how long you wish to stay. It will cost USD $50. Besides, a long stay is available by applying for a social visa. that can last up to 6 months.
CURRENCY & INTERNET
We use Indonesian rupiah as our main currency. Conveniently, there are 7 ATMs on the island from which you can draw money. Additionally, there are many money changers on the island. However, the ones in Bali will offer a better exchange rate.
For your convenience, it is best to purchase a local SIM card directly in Bali. We recommend Telkomsel, Smartfren, and XL as operators. You’ll be able to access the 3G/4G network with those cards. Not to mention, WiFi is available all throughout the island’s restaurants, as well as our dive center.
LIVING COST
Living expenses are extremely low here. It’s one of the biggest perks of living in Indonesia!

- Water is free-flow at the shop and they are many free refilled stations in the island
