After 2 years of running our very busy Divemaster internships, Legend Diving was ready to become a PADI 5 Star IDC Center. We were then happy to announce our 4 first candidates for the next Instructor Development Course of Nusa Lembongan island.
In 2019, after barely 2 years of running IDC Lembongan, we are proud to have certified no less than 36 candidates with 100% success on exams. Our Platinum Course Director Shayne and IDC Staff work hard for you to get the best of your training.
Why become a PADI Diving Instructor?

Over the last month, I have been leaving and participating in the IC Lembongan Internship. Honestly, I couldn’t be happier. First, the shop itself and the equipment is top-notch, something that is hard to find sometimes. The fact they have their own workshop is probably a big plus as they can deal with any issue on spot. Moreover, they have a great team of talented, enthusiastic, and awesome people. My Course Director was immensely knowledgeable and I could say the same for her assistant instructor. Together, the whole team made that experience unforgettable. Besides, it would be unfair not to thanks the office managers and even the boat crew, that provide excellent customer service! They are always willing to help you out and assist you with any questions or concerns you might have.
Nusa Penida archipelago provides absolutely stunning dive sites. More than the coral reef itself, this island is surrounded with Manta rays and even I hadn’t the chance to see Mola (not the right season), I’ll come back just for this encounter! Additionally, you can witness the professionalism from this dive shop on the way safety standards are ensured through every detail along your trip. Basically, their uttermost goal is to make sure you are safe while having loads of fun!
Regarding the training, I believe IDC Lembongan strives to create an overall proper experience. Not only do they teach you on the best way how to pass your exam but they also include several free workshops such as sidemount, self-reliant, or adaptive techniques to develop your own personal skills.
