DEPOSIT & PAYMENT POLICY

We require a minimum of 25% deposit per person to confirm an online booking and a 40% deposit for walk-in booking.  We cannot guarantee your booking until this deposit has been received. We reserve the right to release the booking if no confirmation of deposit has been received. Otherwise, if Terms and Conditions are not respected, we reserve the right to cancel a booking. Changes of dates to bookings after the deposit has been made can be done but will be subject to availability. Balances will be paid at the dive center before departure to the daily activity.

DEPOSIT ONLINE VIA MOLPAY

We have set up an account with Molpay, a secure online way of paying with your credit card. There is 3% charge for the payments and only Visa, Mastercard or AMEX are accepted.

To pay via Molpay, we will send you an e-invoice with a Pay Now button to place your secure online down payment to our account. When you make your payment, we will receive an automatic notification. Consecutively, you will receive an email to confirm your booking with us.

PAYMENT OF BALANCE

For paying balances, drinks, extra dives, etc. when you are here, we accept the following methods:

  • Cash – According to the Indonesian regulations all payments in cash must be done in the local currency Rupiah (IDR).  Paying by local money is the cheapest payment option. Additionally, to give you peace of mind we have a safe to lock away cash as well as other valuables if required whilst you are here.
  • Credit cards – Visa and Mastercard only and subject to a credit card fee
    Credit Card Warning – please let your card issuer know that you are travelling and will be using your card in Indonesia. We have had guests in the past whose cards did not work because their card issuer has blocked payments from abroad for security reasons

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Diving trips and certification courses may be canceled or rescheduled due to the weather conditions. For example, high waves and strong winds are not suitable for marine sports activities. Dive sites are picked daily based on weather and ocean conditions, your safety and the safety of our staff is paramount in our operation.  If your requested dive site is unavailable due to weather we will do our best to find a suitable alternative for you.

Our diving instructors/divemasters/boat captain make decision about the selection of the dive sites and/or cancellation of the diving trips.

Cancellation due to the weather condition or mechanical reasons that the boat does not leave port – full refund. If during the journey we cannot reach the designated dive site either by weather condition or mechanical reasons, we will provide another suitable dive site. As long as we are able to provide you with an alternative dive site, no refunds will be given. The walk-in deposit of 40% or the online deposit of 25% will be kept for NO showing up or morning cancellations.

Benefits will be paid if mandatory evacuation or official public evacuation orders are issued due to natural disaster renders your destination uninhabitable. (Referenced by FCO – Foreign Commonwealth Office).

PADI Courses will be asked for a 50% deposit when signing up and full payment after the first day in the water. If you decide not to finish the course for any other than medical reasons then no refund will be given.

For online bookings, the deposit is not refundable but you may reschedule your booking for up to one year. This must be made 1 week in advance of the starting date of activities.

LOSS AND DAMAGE POLICY

Divers using rented equipment are responsible for that equipment and will be charged for any loss or damage howsoever caused – The price charged will be the full amount for equipment less than 2 years old and at market price for older equipment. Neither Legend Diving Lembongan nor its employees can be held responsible for damage to nor loss of any personal equipment caused prior to, during, or after any diving activities.

We recognize that privacy is important. We would like to ensure our customers that any data collected during the payment process and during the course will not be used for any other purpose. The data will also not be disclosed to any third party other than those directly involved in the payment and email processes. DEPOSIT PAYMENT PAYPAL

We have set up an account with Paypal, a secure online way of paying with your credit card. However, Paypal can only be used if you are outside Indonesia, for some reason payments are flagged as fraud payment if you are inside Indonesia. If you are inside Indonesia, please pay the deposit by bank transfer directly into our Indonesia bank account. You can pay the minimum amount of deposit per person or a larger amount. There is no charge for minimum deposit payments. For larger amounts above this minimum deposit, we will make a charge of 4.5% and we will add this to your bill when you are here.

To pay via Paypal, all you need to do is click on the Pay Now button below, and you will be taken to the online Legend Diving Payment account. When you make your payment, please let us know so that we can check our account. Only then can we confirm your booking.




DEPOSIT PAYMENT BANK TRANSFER

Whether you are inside or outside Indonesia, you can transfer money to our bank account in Indonesia. You can transfer the minimum deposit or pay the total amount. Please contact us for our bank details, and when you make the transfer please let us know so that we can check this end. It normally takes 4-5 working days to reach us and we will notify you when it has arrived.

PAYMENT OF BALANCE
